Flowglad supports compliance-oriented operations by making data access, analysis, and proposed actions easier to inspect. It is a system for organizing evidence and review—not a substitute for an organization's legal, accounting, or regulatory advice.

## Evidence and traceability

Source-grounded analysis connects conclusions to records, files, or pages. Reviewers can use those references to understand where an answer came from and whether it supports the proposed result.

## Review history

Automations and agent work should preserve run status, outcomes, proposals, and approvals. This creates an operational history for investigating what was attempted, what was approved, and what still needs attention.

## Operational controls

Compliance work also depends on the surrounding operating environment: access policies, credential management, retention settings, monitoring, and incident procedures. Use the operations runbooks for implementation-specific controls and maintenance steps.
